The Pacific Northwest has crystal clear lakes, mountains, acres of forests, golden grain, vineyards and orchards, clean air and the Pacific Ocean. But in the winter months, we often have over-cast skies which results in SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) for many. Though it can be a winter wonderland, it doesn’t make much difference when one is “sad.” So I’d like to talk to you about a way to not be so sad.
